Connect Help – Auto Launch / Launch Apps
Auto Launch allows a user to assign an app to automatically open as soon as they log in to AIRPA Connect at the start of the day. The apps are then populated along the tabs in the browser alongside AIRPA Connect.
To include an app in auto launch, click on the rocket icon. This icon will turn blue to indicate auto launch is enabled.
Then click on Auto Launch Frequency dropdown, which is top right of the Apps page, and select the frequency for the apps to open.
Please note, for Auto Launch to work correctly, a user must:
- Select the login method (click the key icon on the application tile to select)
- Ensure the browser allows pop ups from AIRPA.
The user can also click on the Launch Apps blue button at any time to launch the apps that have been assigned to auto launch.
